DESIGN & TRADE COLLABORATION
I collaborate with designers and project teams to place artworks within residential, hospitality, and commercial environments, with careful attention to scale, material, and spatial context. Many works can be produced in a range of sizes and presentation formats, allowing them to integrate naturally into a project’s design language. Production methods, mounting approaches, and installation considerations are developed in alignment with the needs of each space.

Borton Enterprises acquired Flowers of Versailles for the private office of the property manager at Castle Creek as part of a broader reception and office redesign. The artwork was printed on fine art cotton rag paper and custom framed to complement the materials and finishes used throughout the refurbishment, creating a cohesive and intentional visual presence within the updated offices.

Reception Area Art Installation — Sunnyside, WA
Design Collaboration: Mandy Kent, Store Design Lead | Licensed Stores, Starbucks Coffee Company
Project: Sunnyside Lodge Reception
Artwork: Dawn Arriving
Medium: Metal print, frameless presentation Size: 26.5 × 44 in
This independent project was created for the main reception area of Sunnyside Lodge. Mandy Kent’s design concept drew on the theme of “Modern Cowboy,” blending contemporary forms with elements of the regional landscape. She selected Dawn Arriving as the signature artwork for the space, intended to anchor the room and create an immediate visual focal point upon arrival.
The work was produced as a metal print to reinforce the modern character of the design. Its frameless presentation complements the warmth of the surrounding wood while introducing a fresh sense of light, color, and movement that balances the room’s material palette.
Flowers of Versailles
38 × 56 — Fine Art Print
Residential Community Art Installation — Seattle, WA
Project: Queen Anne High School Condominiums
Artwork: 1904 Architectural Detail Series
Medium: Archival pigment prints on fine art paper
Installation: Nine 32 × 42 prints mounted on hardboard with concealed locking hardware
Images derived from original 1904 architectural details of the building were created for a building-wide interior redesign. The design team initiated a juried selection process to integrate original artwork throughout the project, and the work was selected for permanent installation within shared residential spaces.
In addition to creating the imagery, I oversaw the full production process, including print selection, mounting specifications, and on-site installation, ensuring the work integrated seamlessly with the building’s architectural character and lighting conditions.
